Kevin P. Clark, President and Chief Executive Officer

Kevin P. Clark is President and Chief Executive Officer of Aptiv and has served as a director since March 2015.

In 2014, Mr. Clark was appointed chief operating officer responsible for Delphi’s business divisions, as well as the Global Supply Management function. Mr. Clark joined Delphi in 2010 as chief financial officer, responsible for all financial activities including strategic planning, corporate development, financial planning and analysis, treasury, accounting and tax.

Before coming to Delphi, he was a founding partner of Liberty Lane Partners, LLC, a private-equity investment firm focused on investing in and building and improving middle-market companies.

Mr. Clark also served as Chief Financial Officer of Fisher-Scientific International Inc., a manufacturer, distributor and service provider to the global healthcare market from the company’s initial public offering in 2001 through the completion of its merger with Thermo Electron Corporation in 2006. He also held a number of senior management positions at Fisher-Scientific.

Mr. Clark began his career in the financial organization of Chrysler Corporation. He has both a bachelor’s degree in financial administration and a master’s degree in finance from Michigan State University.

Majdi B. Abulaban, Senior Vice President and President, Signal and Power Solutions

Majdi B. Abulaban is senior vice president and president of Signal and Power Solutions for Aptiv. Based in Wuppertal, Germany, he leads a global P&L for two business units – Electrical Distribution Systems and Engineered Components Group.

Mr. Abulaban has over three decades of industry experience and unmatched knowledge of vehicle architecture serving in leadership positions around the globe from North America to China to Europe.

Mr. Abulaban began his Delphi career in 1985 as a manufacturing engineer in Warren, Ohio. Since then, he held several leadership positions within the company in various disciplines including finance, operations, and a business line executive. In July 2002, Mr. Abulaban was named managing director, Asia Pacific, and he became managing director, Connection Systems in 2006. In 2009, Majdi was named President of Delphi Asia Pacific. Based in Shanghai, Mr. Abulaban was responsible for oversight of operations that include Japan, Korea, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, India and Australia. Since 2012, he served as the senior vice president and president of Aptiv’s Signal and Power Solutions segment (formerly Delphi’s Electrical/Electronic Architecture division).

In recognition of his professional achievements, in 2016 Mr. Abulaban was honored by Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management with the Distinguished Alumnus Award.

Mr. Abulaban earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a master’s degree from Case Western Reserve University. He recently served as vice chairman of the Shanghai Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment (SAEFI) and is a member of the University of Pittsburgh Chancellor’s Global Advisory Council. He also serves on the Board of Directors of SPX FLOW, Inc., a global supplier of highly engineered solutions, process equipment and turn-key systems, along with the related aftermarket parts and services, into the food and beverage, power and energy and industrial end markets.

Tim J. Clark, Senior Vice President, Supply Chain Management

Tim J. Clark is senior vice president, supply chain management for Aptiv. He has global responsibility for Aptiv’s supplier management functions.

Mr. Clark joined Aptiv from Honeywell International, where he was chief procurement officer, aerospace.

Mr. Clark began his career in supply management with Motorola and steadily moved up the ranks until he was named director of global commodities. He then joined Solectron as director of customer supply chain before becoming director of supply management. In 2003, Mr. Clark moved to RR Donnelley as vice president, direct & indirect sourcing. In 2006, he joined Honeywell as vice president, automation and control solutions indirect sourcing and was promoted in 2010 to chief procurement officer, automation and control solutions. In 2016, Mr. Clark was named chief procurement officer, aerospace at Honeywell.

Mr. Clark holds a bachelor’s degree in supply chain operations from Michigan State University and an MBA in international business from University of Phoenix.

Glen De Vos, Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer and President, Mobility and Services Group

Glen De Vos is senior vice president and chief technology officer of Aptiv, a position he has held since March 2017. In November 2017, he was also named president of the Mobility and Services Group.

In this role, Mr. De Vos focuses on leading automated and connected vehicle technologies, while also developing commercial relationships with non-traditional customers, such as Automated Mobility on Demand (AMoD) providers. As CTO, Mr. De Vos leads the global engineering organization, which includes more than 16,000 technologists located in 14 major technical centers across the globe.

Previously, Mr. De Vos served as vice president, Software & Services, Delphi Electronics & Safety (E&S), located at the company’s Silicon Valley Lab in Mountain View, CA. He began his Delphi career with E&S in 1992 and following several progressive engineering and managerial roles in infotainment and user experience, was named vice president, Global Engineering for Delphi E&S in 2012.

Mr. De Vos has extensive business, engineering, and manufacturing experience including time at General Electric and ITT Power Systems.

Mr. De Vos received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Calvin College in 1982, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan in 1983, and a Master of Business Administration from Ball State University in 1994.

Michael Gassen, Senior Vice President, Sales and President, Aptiv Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia

Michael Gassen is senior vice president, sales for Aptiv and president of Aptiv Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia, a position he has held since July 2011.

Based in Wuppertal, Germany, Mr. Gassen is also vice president sales and currently serves as chairman of the supervisory board of Delphi Deutschland GmbH.

Mr. Gassen began his career with Delphi in 1986 as a sales and marketing manager at Packard Electric Systems in Wuppertal, Germany. He left Germany to become managing director of Delphi Italia. Over the course of the next several years, Mr. Gassen would move throughout Europe in positions that included director of body security and reception systems in Wiesbaden, Germany and Delphi customer director for GM Europe and Fiat Group.

Prior to joining Delphi, Mr. Gassen worked for the Liebherr Group, a leader in the construction machinery industry.

Mr. Gassen is a native of Remscheid, Germany and earned his degree in metallurgy from Schule für Metalltechnik and Chemie in Düsseldorf, Germany and attended the Insead Business School in Fontainebleau France.

William H. Guggina, Vice President, Global Operations and President, Aptiv Mexico and South America

William H. Guggina is vice president of operations for Aptiv and president of Aptiv Mexico and South America. He has global responsibility for Aptiv’s manufacturing operations, security, employee safety programs and facilities services.

Mr. Guggina began his career with Delphi in 1986 as a manufacturing engineer. Since then, he held several assignments within the company, including: plant operations manager for facilities in Mexico and the United States; and vice president of global operations for Delphi’s Electronics and Safety division. In 2014, Mr. Guggina was appointed to the position of vice president of global operations.

Mr. Guggina earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla and a master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois.

Joseph R. Massaro, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Joseph R. Massaro is senior vice president and chief financial officer of Aptiv, a position he has held since March 2016. Mr. Massaro is responsible for Aptiv’s accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, investor relations and corporate development functions.

Mr. Massaro joined Delphi in 2013 as vice president, Internal Audit, and was appointed to the position of vice president, corporate controller in 2014.

Before joining Delphi, Mr. Massaro was a managing director at Liberty Lane Partners, LLC, a private-equity investment firm focused on building and improving middle-market companies from 2008 to 2013. While there he served as chief financial officer of inVentiv Health Inc., a leading provider of pharmaceutical development services and a Liberty Lane portfolio company.

Prior to Liberty Lane, Mr. Massaro served in a variety of finance and operational roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific from 2002 to 2007, including senior vice president of Global Business Services where his responsibilities included global sourcing and information technology.

Prior to the merger with Thermo Electron, Mr. Massaro also served as vice president and corporate controller of Fisher Scientific as well as several other senior finance positions.

Mr. Massaro began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1992 where he served as a managing director in the firm's Transaction Services practice. He received a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from Bentley University, and a Master of Business Administration and master’s in accounting from Northeastern University.

David Paja, Senior Vice President and President, Advanced Safety and User Experience

David Paja is senior vice president and president of Advanced Safety and User Experience for Aptiv. Based in Wuppertal, Germany, he leads a global P&L of leading-edge technologies in autonomous driving, active safety, body controls and security, infotainment, driver experience, software and services.

Mr. Paja is a seasoned executive with significant industrial connectivity and automotive experience serving in leadership positions around the globe from China to Europe and North America. He joined Delphi from Honeywell in February 2017 where he was instrumental in enhancing IoT capabilities with advanced software and connectivity technologies, serving millions of connected homes and buildings worldwide. Mr. Paja was president of Honeywell Security & Fire, a nearly $5 billion global leader in electronic detection and prevention technologies for residential, commercial and industrial applications.

Prior to 2015, Mr. Paja served Honeywell’s Transportation Systems segment as vice president and general manager for China and India, where he was responsible for generating growth in the fastest-growing geographies around the world. He began his Honeywell career in 2003 and held several leadership positions of increasing responsibility, including global marketing for the turbocharger segment, where he led strategic planning, product strategy and business development worldwide. Before joining Honeywell, Mr. Paja held several positions at Valeo Automotive in product management, engineering, project management and manufacturing.

Mr. Paja holds a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from ETS Valladolid in Spain.

Matthew Peterson, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer

Matthew Peterson is senior vice president and chief information officer (CIO) for Aptiv. In this role, he oversees Aptiv’s information technology and global business services strategy and operations. He assumed the CIO position in 2015.

Based in Dublin, Peterson joined Aptiv from Deloitte Consulting, LLP, where he was a director in the consumer and industrial products and technology strategy and architecture practices.

Peterson began his career as a consultant with Ernst & Young, and then became senior principal consultant at Diamond Management and Technology Consultants. In 1999, he was hired by start-up Neusoft Technologies as COO, secretary and treasurer. In 2000, he joined JohnsonDiversey, where he held a number of positions in information technology before becoming vice president and CIO in 2005. In 2009, Peterson was named CIO at TRW, a role he had until joining Deloitte Consulting in 2013.

Mr. Peterson earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Western Kentucky University and an MBA from Goizueta Business School at Emory University.

Elena Doom Rosman, Vice President, Investor Relations

Elena Doom Rosman is vice president of Investor Relations for Aptiv. She has global responsibility for all initiatives related to communicating the company’s strategy, growth prospects and financial performance to the investment community.

Prior to joining Delphi in January 2016, Ms. Rosman was Managing Partner of Corbin Perception Group, a strategic investor relations advisory firm.

Prior to that, she led Honeywell’s investor relations efforts from 2009 to 2014, communicating Honeywell’s strategy, financial results and outlook to the investment community.

Prior to 2009, she served as director, corporate development and M&A where she provided oversight and execution of acquisition, divestiture and joint venture activities across the company, including target identification, strategic fit assessment, valuation, due diligence, negotiations and integration strategy.

She has also held roles in operational finance and corporate treasury.

Ms. Rosman began her career as an associate at Arthur Andersen focused on International Tax Consulting.

Ms. Rosman has a bachelor’s degree in International Business from Loyola Marymount University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.

David M. Sherbin, Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary

David M. Sherbin is senior vice president, general counsel, chief compliance officer and secretary for Aptiv.

Mr. Sherbin began his legal career in 1987 as an associate at the Chicago law firm of Katten Muchin & Zavis. He later joined Heller Financial, Inc. as counsel in the corporate finance group, and in 1994 became senior counsel for corporate affairs.

In 1997, he joined Federal-Mogul Corporation as assistant general counsel and steadily moved up the ranks until 2003, when he was named senior vice president, general counsel, secretary and chief compliance officer, with responsibilities that included managing the worldwide legal affairs for Federal-Mogul and its financial restructuring in the United States and the UK.

He left Federal Mogul two years later and joined Pulte Group, Inc. as vice president, general counsel and secretary. Mr. Sherbin joined Delphi in October 2005 as vice president and general counsel. He became chief compliance officer in January 2006 and secretary in October 2009.

Mr. Sherbin has a bachelor's degree in political science and history from Oberlin College and earned his law degree from Cornell University Law School.

Mariya Trickett, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Mariya K. Trickett is senior vice president and chief human resources officer (CHRO) for Aptiv. She has overall responsibility for leading global human resources strategy and programs for the company’s 150,000 employees spanning over 45 countries. This includes organization, talent selection and development, performance management, and employee engagement.

Prior to joining Aptiv in September 2018, Ms. Trickett was senior vice president, Global Human Resources (HR) for Dana. During her 12-year tenure at Dana, Ms. Trickett held leading roles across the HR spectrum including corporate generalist and divisional operational roles, as well as compensation, international mobility and restructuring. In addition, she was a managing director of Dana Europe AG. Ms. Trickett is credited with playing a key role in transforming Dana’s business into a world-class organization.

Named a “Rising Star” by Automotive News in 2017, Ms. Trickett has extensive international experience in building high performance global organizations. Her strengths include cultural transformation and employee engagement, as well as customer-centric and data-driven HR practices to drive sustainable stakeholder value.

Ms. Trickett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in history and law from Kirovograd State University, Ukraine; a Master of Science degree in human resource management from Temple University in Philadelphia; and her Advanced Management Program from IESE at the University of Navarra in Barcelona.
